During the duration of the class, dancers will work on finding a healthy mind-body connection through movement. The vision of the class is to help students navigate their mindfulness, emotions, and body to positivity through guided meditation and movements.
Dancers will focus on:
- Connecting the music to their emotions
- Keeping their mind focused on their movement
- Refining an inner awareness of body movement
- Controlling their breath
